Prohibited and Restricted Items

Overview Before you post your projects and create your service profiles, you need to find out if your service and/or project is allowed on SideBids and if the type of project or service is subject to certain restrictions to avoid potential issues with your listing. As a SideBids member, you are ultimately responsible for making sure that all listings are legal in the eyes of the law.

Violations of these policies may result in a range of actions, including:

Project listing and/or Directory listing cancellation
Limits on account privileges
Account suspension
Forfeit of SideBids fees on Directory listings

When policy violations occur, SideBids emails the Member(s) that a listing has been ended. You may contact SideBids to report violations by using the “Contact Us” links found on most policy pages.
